FOR ALL OF YOU PATIENTLY WAITING~WE WILL BE STOCKING UP STARTING NOV 1ST

ON CLUB FRESH!

Market season is about to come to a close and that means you need a convenient way to keep shopping local!  Welcome, Club Fresh.  I just picked up two new vendors yesterday to help fill in our little online store so you can maximize your local shopping experience.  For our friends in the Richmond and surrounding counties, your local meals will have a weekly delivery, but dry goods, artisan crafts and most baked goods can be shipped USPS; which is our preferred shipping method.

PayPal is available at check-out, but if you are ordering foods for delivery I do have a card swiper if you choose not to use PayPal and cash is never frowned upon.  The "postal" rates upon check out are still applicable to home delivery, as this is converted to the delivery fee.

If you have any questions, or are a local artisan looking for a "home" for your products at a more than fair commission rate, please feel free to contact me

Look for new items to be added several times a week, as we have so many nice new things coming your way.

Thank you for supporting our local artisans and farmers during market season and please continue throughout the year via, Club Fresh, local CSA's and CO-Ops!

Keep it Clean, Keep it Local, Keep it Fresh!

Pepper Poppers

Pablano or Jalapeno peppers

Cream Cheese

Minced sweet onion

Minced Spicy Micro Greens

Beaten Egg

Rice Flour

Creole spice blend (go to Club Fresh~Bourbon Street Blues)

Deep Fryer 375*

Gloves

Before handling peppers, put on gloves, do not touch your eyes or face.  If you do touch your eyes, flush them with whole milk.  The essential oils in the peppers are lipotropics and will attach themselves to the fats in the milk.  Relief *

Remove tops of peppers and remove the seeds from inside.

Cream together the cheese, minced onion and micro greens.  Stuff the pepper with the mixture, dip in egg and dredge in flour/spice blend.

Drop into deep fryer 3-5 minutes until light golden brown.

You could skip frying all together and place peppers after stuffing in a muffin tin and roast in the oven or on the grill.

Yummalicious!
