Next Wednesday, November 16th I am hosting a beef processing workshop at Nadolski's Butcher Shop. Jonathon Nadolski will be giving live demonstration of how he obtains the "Ice Cream Cuts" of beef. These are the best of the best! As hostess of this tutorial, I will be providing hors d'oeurves featuring local grass fed beef and other seasonal foods. There will also be wine tasting and Belgian ale sipping. A little something for everyone. The event is at 7pm when the butcher shop closes to make this a private event with plenty of time to ask questions and perhaps even take home a freshly prepared specialty cut, vino, cheeses, salami's, sausages, etc...So many wonderful items can be found at our local butcher shop. The steer in question will be picked up that morning. Truly a fresh and local event if ever there was one!
